Foundations & Fundamentals of Mental Performance Program

A 6 Session 1-1 mental performance program that includes a mental performance assessment and an individualized performance plan.



The Fortitude Project

Get ongoing mental performance support year round including 2 hours per month 1-1 coaching, access to all F365's resources, tools, and courses. This is a must have for the elite athlete of today!



Athlete Transitions Program

Transitioning into and out of elite sport comes with challenges. This 3 session package includes access to 1-1 coaching, the Fortitude Performance Hub, Pocket Coach, and Transitions Course.



Team Program

The Next Level Athlete Development Program is more than team training. It’s a system. A blueprint for building mentally strong, emotionally resilient, physically prepared, and complete teams.



Athlete Wellness

Need help monitoring your athlete wellness? This program is designed to support both individual athletes and teams in managing their wellbeing on a day-to-day basis to deal with the rigours of training, competing, and travel.



Nutrition Coaching

Nutritional psychology is an ever growing field that ties nutrition and psychology together to help you fuel not only your body, but your brain. Our nutritional psychology coaching programs are available in a multitude of options.



Injured Athlete Programs

Coming off an injury can be challenging for all athletes. Whether it is a minor, moderate, or major (season ending) injury our injured athlete programs are tailored to help you with your wellbeing and mindset during the recovery process so you can comeback stronger.
